To close online access to your account and expire your login please contact our client support team and take the following steps:
- If you have MetalStream, pause it and set to inactive.
- Confirm there are no outstanding balances or metals left on the account.
- Final storage fees must be paid.
- If there was a balance left on the account and payment was issued via check, the account can expire after the check is deposited.
- Send an email request to our support team at support@hardassetsalliance.com to close your account.
*Please note for compliance reasons, we must keep records of all accounts with transaction history. We securely store this in our database and it won't be accessible via login.
