To keep your account as secure as possible, we require that changes to your email and mailing address be made through our customer support staff who will validate your request and make the change for you.
In order to change your email address, please contact support and provide a photograph of your current valid government issued identification (a driver’s license, passport, etc.) as well as your old and new email addresses.
To change the address on file for your account, or add an additional delivery address, please send a request to customer service with the new address, whether you want to use it for title or just mailing/delivery, and attach both a photograph of your current government issued identification and a recent utility bill that confirms the new address.
Note:
- Please use photographs, such as from a cellphone camera, not scans.
- For a joint account, please include both registered owners’ ID.
