For security reasons, every address on your account has to be verified. We do this electronically or through a request for documentation at the time you open your account. You can add additional delivery addresses, or change the address of record on your account, to take delivery in another location.
To add or change an address on your account, please contact customer service via email with the account number and the new address. You are required to supply photo ID (driver’s license or passport ID) with the new address. If the ID does not reflect the correct address, you will need to supply additional documentation such as a utility bill or provide a notarized letter requesting the change.
Additional shipping address or an address change must be completed and verified before a delivery request. Once the package is enroute, we are unable to change the delivery address.
