You can request to have your metals in storage shipped to your door. Please note that a signature upon delivery is required. Here are the steps to request delivery from your HAA account:
STEP ONE: Login to your HAA account online and scroll down until you see HOLDINGS
STEP TWO: Select which asset you would like delivered
STEP THREE: Select DELIVER
STEP FOUR: Enter the number, e.g. 1, of how many you want delivered and select the address on file
STEP FIVE: Review your delivery order and select CONFIRM
