If you have placed an order for delivery, your order is typically processed so quickly (it's put out to bid almost instantly during market hours) that canceling the purchase is not possible after it has been placed.
You may, however, cancel the delivery request for this order and choose to store it in the NY vault by contacting our support team within 48 hours of placing the order.
The same goes for requests for delivery of items already in vault storage. They are processed slowly in order to help prevent fraud, and thus can typically be cancelled until the carrier picked up the goods for delivery. However, delivery requests ship out the same day, for delivery the next day. Therefore we must be notified the same day or as soon as possible when a delivery request is being cancelled.
