Paying Your Storage Fees at Hard Assets Alliance

When are storage fees billed?

Storage fees are billed once each quarter. The billed amount is automatically withdrawn from your available cash balance in your account.

What are my payment options for storage fees?

You have multiple ways to pay your storage fees:

1. Automatic Deduction from Cash Balance
   If your account has a sufficient cash balance, fees are deducted automatically.

2. Credit Card Payment
   You can securely pay storage fees using a credit card. To set this up, log in to your account and visit:

3. Manual Payment Upon Notification
   If your account does not have sufficient cash and no credit card is on file, you will be notified and given an opportunity to make payment manually.

What happens if I don’t pay my storage fees on time?

If you do not respond to payment requests in a timely manner:

• A late fee of $15 per invoice will be charged for any invoice outstanding more than 30 days.

• Hard Assets Alliance reserves the right to redeem a portion of your metal holdings to cover unpaid fees.

Redemptions will be conducted at current market prices as listed in the trading portal and will involve the minimum quantity of metal needed to satisfy the overdue balance.
